NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: Bamburgh Walled Garden, The Gardens, Radcliffe Road, Bamburgh NE69 7AE Notice is given that Bamburgh Castle Viewing Limited applied to Northumberland County Council on 18th July 2024 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Provision of films from 09:00 to 23:00 hours daily. Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 hours daily. Supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 23:00 hours daily. Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP. Representations must be received by 16th August 2024.  The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.northumberland.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
