London Borough of Brent, De-Designation of the Sudbury Cottages Conservation Area
What is happening?
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT NOTICE OF THE DE-DESIGNATION OF THE SUDBURY COTTAGES CONSERVATION AREA AND A REDUCTION TO THE BOUNDARY OF THE BUCK LANE CONSERVATION AREA PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990, SECTIONS 69, 70 AND 71
NOTICE IS GIVEN under the provisions of the 1990 Act, that the London Borough of Brent, on 28 May 2024, following public consultation, has determined on 28 May 2024, to dedesignate the Sudbury Cottages Conservation Area and reduce the boundary of the Buck Lane Conservation Area.
SCHEDULE The de-designation of the Sudbury Cottages Conservation Area as follows: 96-110 (even) Sudbury Court Road and 110-116 (even) Elms Lane. Note that Article 4 Directions will remain in place for the demolition and alterations to locally listed buildings, 114 and 116 Elms Lane.
The reduction of the boundary of the Buck Lane Conservation Area as follows: 1-18 (consec) Pear Close and 1&2 Hayland Close.
