NOTICE is hereby given that Ardersier Port Limited has applied to the Scottish Ministers to make a Pilotage Powers Order under Section 1(4) of the Pilotage Act 1987.

The object of the proposed Order is to confer pilotage powers on Ardersier Port Limited which is a statutory harbour authority.

A copy of the draft Order which accompanied the application (as well as the Justification Note and associated plans which were submitted with the application) may be downloaded free of charge from the following website: https://www.haventus.com/port-page/ardersier-port/#marineinformation or inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Ardersier Port Limited, Ardersier Port, Ardersier Port Approach, Inverness IV2 7QX.

Any person desiring to make an objection or representation to the Scottish Ministers concerning the application should write to Mr Karl Zaczek, Ports Policy Co-Ordinator, Ports Shipping Freight & Canal Branch, Aviation Maritime Freight & Canal Directorate, Area 2D North, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ and whose email address is Karl.Zaczek@transport.gov.scot within 42 days from the date at the foot of this Notice stating the grounds of their objection or representation.
