Pre-Application Event

Proposed residential development - Beechfield Manor, Meikle Earnock Road, Hamilton. 
Applicants: Miller Homes Limited/Mrs K Selfridge. 
Proposal: The erection of a residential development, including all associated drainage, road infrastructure, landscaping and access works, together with all necessary utilities. 

Face-to-face Public Exhibitions/Consultations will take place on Tuesday 4th June 2024 & Tuesday 9th July 2024 between 2pm and 8pm, all interested parties are invited to attend. 

This event will take place within: Hamilton South Church Hall, 1 Mill Road, Hamilton, ML3 7AA

Those wishing to comment on the proposals may do so either via the dedicated webpage, or in person through feedback forms that will be available at either of the above events.

These can either filled in and returned on the day or returned to the address below, or indeed completed on-line via our dedicated webpage. Any comments should be received by no later than Friday 19th July 2024.

Please note that any written representations made must be sent to the address below and not to South Lanarkshire Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will be afforded once a formal Planning Application has been lodged.
