Notice is hereby given that an Inspector has been appointed to make recommendations to the Council in its capacity as Registration Authority as to:
Application By Philip Cashen Of 14 Heriot Street, Kirkdale, Liverpool, L5 7SH For Registration Of Land As A Town Or Village Green
Description of Land
Land bounded by Stanley Road, Great Mersey Street, Lancaster Street and Public Park, Liverpool 5 as shown on the plan attached to the application.
The Inspector will now attend at the:
Banqueting Suite, 6th Floor, Cunard Buildings, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1DS On Tuesday 18th June 2024 at 10.00am
To hold a public local inquiry into the Application. The Inquiry is expected to last for four days
Any submissions supporting, or objecting to, the application which have already been received by the Registration Authority will be submitted to the Inspector for his consideration.
