This notice is for the attention of those who have stored items at the Property as customers of the former occupier ("Customers").

The Property was formerly occupied by a tenant which operated the Property as a storage facility. The landlord of the Property is now in possession of the Property. Asset Management Services (UK) Ltd ("AMS") has been appointed as agent by the landlord of the Property to manage and arrange the collection from the Property by Customers of any Customer-owned items which they had deposited for storage. Access for pre-arranged and verified collections of Customer-owned items will be granted by prior appointment and will be available from Wednesday 12th June 2024 to Wednesday 26th June 2024 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Appointments for access and collection must be booked in advance with AMS not less than 48 hours in advance of attending the Property. In all instances access and collection will be supervised. This notice has been placed by AMS as agent for the landlord of the Property.
