What is happening?
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Barloworld UK Pension Scheme
(“the Scheme”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to
Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that
any person who believes that they have
a claim against, or entitlement to a
pension or any benefit from the Scheme
is hereby required to send particulars in
writing by 4 August 2024 of their claim
or entitlement (together with full name,
present address and date of birth)
to Barloworld UK Pension Scheme,
Mercer, Maclaren House, Talbot Road,
Stretford, Manchester, M32 0FP.
The Trustee is winding up the Scheme
and will distribute the assets of
the Scheme among the persons
entitled thereto having regard only to
those persons of whose claims and
entitlements they have notice, and will
not be liable to any other person. Any
individuals who have already been
contacted on behalf of the Trustee
about this matter should not respond
to this notice as the Trustee already has
details of their claims and entitlements.
