STATUTORY NOTICE

CHANGE OF CATEGORY FROM COMMUNITY TO FOUNDATION

Notice is given in accordance with section 19(3) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that the governing body of Lodge Farm Primary School intends to make a prescribed alteration to Lodge Farm Primary School, which is a community school located at Mobbsbury Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG2 0HR.

The proposed alteration is to: Change the category of the School from a community school to a foundation school from 1 September 2024.

The proposal comprises a change of category from a community school to a foundation school, which is an alteration prescribed in regulation 3 of the School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulation 2013. The school will not have a foundation.

Any person may object to or comment on this proposal. Objections or comments should be received no later than 20 June 2024 being four weeks after publication of the proposal, by writing to:
