Notice of Application Hazardous Substances Consent
*Note this is an amendment to previous notice published 1st May*

I give notice that Affinity Water Limited is applying to Buckinghamshire Council for hazardous substances consent for the storage of substances under Class E of the Regulations at: Affinity Water Water Treatment Works Iver Buckinghamshire SL10 9HF

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Buckinghamshire Council, King George V House, Amersham, HP6 5AW from 12th June 2024 between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri.

Buckinghamshire Council will determine whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Planning Service, Buckinghamshire Council, King George V House, Amersham, HP6 5AW within 21 days of the 12th June 2024.
