CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL PEN-Y-BONT AR OGWR ADRAN 123(1) AC ADRAN 123(2A) DEDDF LLYWODRAETH LEOL 1972 PAFILIWN RIVERBOAT A MEYSYDD CHWARAE, CAERAU, MAESTEG HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-ybont ar Ogwr yn bwriadu cael gwared ar fuddiant drwy ganiatáu prydles am gyfnod o 35 mlynedd am y darn o dir uchod sy’n cynnwys ‘man cyhoeddus agored.’ Mae cynllun lleoliad o’r darn o dir i gael gwared arno ar gael i’w archwilio gan aelodau o’r cyhoedd yn Adran Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr yn y cyfeiriad isod yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol y Cyngor neu gellir ei weld ar wefan y Cyngor (cyf. BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL SECTION 123(1) & SECTION 123(2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 THE RIVERBOAT PAVILION AND PLAYING FIELDS, CAERAU, MAESTEG NOTICE is hereby given that Bridgend County Borough Council intends to dispose of an interest by way of the grant of a lease for a term of 35 years of the above parcel of land which comprises ‘public open space.’ A location plan of the parcel of land to be disposed of is available for inspection by members of the public at the Legal Services Department of Bridgend County Borough Council at the address given below during the Council’s normal office hours or can be viewed on the Council’s website (ref. PRO003-1922).
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing by no later than 31st May 2024 and addressed to the Chief Officer – Legal and Regulatory Services, Human Resources and Corporate Policy at the address given below. Dated 9 th May 2024
