Notice Of Disposal Of Public Open Space
Local Government Act 1972, Section 123

Recreation Ground and Pavilion, Smorrall Lane, Bedworth

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council in exercise of their powers under section 123 (1) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of their interest in Recreation Ground and Pavilion, Smorrall Lane, Bedworth by way of a surrender of the current leasehold interest held.

A copy of the plan showing the location of the land and buildings may be inspected free of charge at the Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday-Friday (except bank holidays).

Any objections to this proposed disposal may be sent or delivered in writing to the Assistant Director for Recreation and Culture, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA not later than 4pm on Wednesday 15th May 2024.

Please clearly state the grounds on which the objection made. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council shall proceed with the disposal of the land as above.
