DEDDF OMBWDSMON GWASANAETHAU CYHOEDDUS (CYMRU) 2019 Hysbysiad yn unol ag Adran24(3) y Ddeddf uchod.

Mae Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Cymru (Yr Ombwdsmon) wedi ymchwilio i gwˆ yn a chanfod camweinyddiaeth/methiant gwasanaeth gan Llywodraeth Cymru ac mae wedi anfon adroddiad am ganlyniadau ei ymchwiliad i Llywodraeth Cymru. Roedd y gwˆ yn yn ymwneud â achos chyfeirnod 202206003, bod Llywodraeth Cymru wedi methu â defnyddio ei phwerau i sicrhau bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy a Chyngor Sir Ddinbych yn gweithredu i ddiwallu’r angen am lety ar gyfer Sipsiwn a Theithwyr fel sy’n ofynnol gan Ddeddf Tai (Cymru) 2014 a bod Llywodraeth Cymru wedi methu â delio’n iawn â chwyn yr oeddent wedi’i wneud ynglyˆ n â’r mater hwn. Bydd copi o’r adroddiad ar gael ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru https://www.llyw.cymru/ adroddiad-ombwdsmon-gwasanaethau-cyhoeddus-cymru-achos-202206003 ac i’w archwilio gan y cyhoedd yn ddi-dâl yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol yn ein swyddfa Cyffordd Llandudno, Sarn Mynach, Cyffordd Llandudno, Conwy, LL31 9RZ am gyfnod o 3 wythnos o 27 Ebrill a gall unrhyw un sy’n dymuno cymryd copi o’r adroddiad hwn neu wneud dyfyniadau ohono. Gallwch ofyn am gopi o’r adroddiad a fydd yn cael ei argraffu a’i anfon atoch yn ddi-dâl.

PUBLIC SERVICES OMBUDSMAN (WALES) ACT 2019

Notice pursuant to s24(3) of the above Act.

The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has investigated a complaint and found maladministration/service failure by Welsh Government and has sent a report on the results of their investigation to Welsh Government. The complaint related to reference 202206003 that Welsh Government had failed to use its powers to ensure that Conwy County Borough Council and Denbighshire County Council were taking action to meet the need for accommodation for Gypsies and Travellers as required by the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and that Welsh Government had failed to deal properly with a complaint they had made about this matter.

A copy of the report will be available on the Welsh Government’s website https://www.gov.wales/public-services-ombudsman-wales-report-case-202206003 and for inspection by the public without charge during normal office hours at our Llandudno Junction office, Sarn Mynach, Llandudno Junction, Conwy, LL31 9RZ for a period of 3 weeks from 27th April and anyone who wishes may take a copy of this report or make extracts therefrom. You can request a copy of the report which will be printed and sent to you without charge.
