What is happening?
Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
DUNLOP GRG HOLDINGS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME (the “SCHEME”)
The Scheme commenced winding up on 29 February 2024. The Trustees have taken all reasonable steps to contact the members and beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they have records. An announcement has been sent to those members and beneficiaries and their benefits under the Scheme have been identified.
If you have not already received the announcement from the trustees and you believe you may be entitled to ben - e fits from the Scheme, please provide written details of your claim (specifying your full name, address and any particulars of your membership of the Scheme and a copy of any documentation that support your claim) to: Dunlop Holdings Limited, c/o David Lambert FIA, XPS Pensions Group, 1 City Square, Leeds, LS1 2ES
The last date for sending in a claim is 25 June 2024.
After this time, the Trustees will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then received notice.
