Proposed lease of Land forming (part of) an Open Space [Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972] at Lansdown South Playing Fields, Lansdown, Bath
NOTICE IS GIVEN: Where: Bath and North East Somerset Council (“the Council”) proposes to grant a lease of approximately 64,069 square metres of land at Lansdown South Playing Fields, Lansdown Road, Lansdown, Bath, BA1 9BJ. A scale plan is available for inspection at Bath One Stop Shop, 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JQ and Keynsham One Stop Shop, Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham BS31 1FS during usual Council business hours. Use: The proposed lease is to be granted to the Trustees of Bath City Youth Football Club, for a period of 3 years, for the purpose of football training and football matches. Objections: Any objections to the proposal should be addressed in writing to Alex Buchanan, Corporate Estate: Interim Senior Estates Surveyor at Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG, quoting the reference PSRN:PF17/ AB. The Council will consider any objections which are received by no later than Thursday 30th May 2024
