The People Of The State Of New York, by the Grace of God Free and Independent To: “John Doe” and “Mary Roe,” the aforesaid names being fictitious and used to designate the distributees, heirs-at-law and next of kin of Hilda N. McCabe, deceased.
If any there be, all of whose names, places of residence and post office addresses are unknown and cannot, after due diligence and diligent inquiry therefore, be ascertained.
A Petition having been duly filed by Wendy S. Lougnot, Public Administrator, who is domiciled at 211 W Jefferson Street, Suite 1, Syracuse, New York 13202.
You Are Hereby Cited To Show Cause before the Surrogate’s Court, Onondaga County, at 401 Montgomery Street, Syracuse, New York, on May 9, 2024, at 9:30 o’clock in the fore noon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of Herbert McCabe lately domiciled at 753 James Street, Syracuse in the County of Onondaga, New York granting Letters of Administration issue to Wendy S. Lougnot, Public Administrator, to serve without bond or other security.
