What is happening?
National Grid Electricity Distribution
The Electricity (Applications for Consent) Regulations
1990: Regulation 5 - Publication of Notice of Application for
Consent under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989.
Proposal is to replace 1 no. Existing trident pole along
the Fiskerton 132kV Overhead Line Route ('OHL')
with a new H-pole with chair structure. The pole falls
within land north of Moor Lane, Reepham CP, West
Lindsey, Lincolnshire, England, LN3 4EE (National Grid
Reference: TF 05009 74530).
Notice is hereby given that on the Tuesday 9th April 2024,
National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) made an
application under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 for
the consent of the Secretary of State for Energy Security
and Net Zero to replace 1 no. existing trident pole ('no
43A'), with a new H-pole proposed. The new H-pole will
be connected to a chair structure via down-leads with an
additional 3 poles being introduced into the line.

On or before the 23rd of May 2024 identifying the name of
the overhead line and the grounds for objection.
Any such objections or representations will be copied to the
relevant planning authorities and the applicant unless the
person making them requests in writing that they should
not be copied. If there is such a request, then the relevant
planning authorities and the applicant will be informed
that an objection has been made but no details will be
forwarded to them.
