PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1925 SECTION 18
ALTERATION OF THE NAME OF A STREET
NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of section 18 of the Public Health Act 1925,
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council intends by Order to alter the name of Clinic
Drive as is shown edged in blue and un-named section of Clinic Drive as is shown
edged in red on the plan below. The intended Order is available for inspection at
the Council Offices, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton CV11 5AA
From: CLINIC DRIVE AND UN-NAMED SECTION OF CLINIC DRIVE
To: FUSILIER LOUIS CARTER DRIVE AND ANGELS WAY
Such Order may be made by the Council on or at any time after
the 17th day of April 2024
Any persons aggrieved by the intended Order may within twenty-one days after
the posting of this Notice appeal to the Magistrates Court by making complaint to
the Warwickshire Justice Centre, Vicarage Street, Nuneaton CV11 4BU
