LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A)
LAND ADJACENT TO THE DISCOVERY CENTRE, GREAT NOTLEY COUNTRY PARK, GREAT NOTLEY, BRAINTREE, ESSEX
Notice Is hereby given that Braintree District Council intends to grant Essex County Council a lease of land and buildings having an area of 1737 square metres adjacent to the Discovery Centre, Great Notley Country Park, Great Notley, Braintree, Essex which forms part of an open space.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Kim Mayo, Head of Governance, Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Booking End, Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB or sent to legal.services@braintree.gov.uk by no later than 14 April 2024.
