Notice Under Section 45E(2) Of The Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) - Application For Possessory Title To Land

- In the Local Government Area of Lismore, Parish of Terania and County of Rous.
The Applicant claims title by possession adverse to Molly Davidson, their successors and assigns. The Registrar-General intends to grant this application on the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice, unless before the expiration of that time period an objection is lodged in the form of a caveat pursuant to section 74F(3) of the Act.
