Dock End, Langborne Road, Whitby - Proposed Disposal of Land

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that North Yorkshire Council intends to dispose of land at Dock End, Langborne Road, Whitby YO21 1YN.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council will consider any objections to the proposed disposal of the land which are to be received within 14 days of the date of the first publication of this notice and which are addressed to:
Mr Bryan Walker, Head of Estates and Property, North Yorkshire Council, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street Scarborough YO11 2HG or by email to estates.sca@northyorks.gov.uk 
Any objections or representations made within the time set out in this notice will be considered by the Council before a decision is made.
