Application to substantially vary a Part B Environmental Permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016

The Permitted activity known as: Basildon & District Crematorium, Church Road, Bowers Gifford, Essex SS13 2HG has applied to Basildon Borough Council to substantially vary their Part B Permit for the cremation of human remains activity at the above address.

The application relates to the installation and use of new replacement abated cremation equipment.

The application can be requested from the public register at the Council offices, or by email using ehs@basildon.gov.uk

Any written comments on the application should be made to Basildon Borough Council email address given above. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
