What is happening?

NORTH KESTEVEN DISTRICT COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A) OPEN SPACE LAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Kesteven District Council intends to proceed to a disposal by way of a transfer of the following area of open space land to Sleaford Town Council:- Tamer Road Play Park, Sleaford

The area of land (for which a plan showing the location proposed edged red is available at the address below) may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:- Nina Camm – North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincs NG34 7EF

By no later than 12:00 noon on 12th April 2024
