Dymock Neighbourhood Development Plan 2024 - 2026 Forest of Dean District Council
Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended by The Localism Act 2011
The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 as amended
Forest of Dean District Council hereby gives notice that Dymock Parish Council has submitted a neighbourhood development plan proposal under regulation 15 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
The Dymock Neighbourhood Development Plan 2024 - 2026, provides for the future of Dymock Parish setting out planning policies for housing, built and natural environment, economy, tourism, community infrastructure, sustainability, transport and travel.
The neighbourhood plan proposal can be viewed on the
- Forest of Dean District Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk or in person during normal opening hours at:
- Forest of Dean District Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos. GL16 8HG
- Beauchamp Arms, Dymock GL18 2AQ
- The Shop, Well House Garage, Leominster Road, Dymock GL18 2AQ
- Newent Library, High St, Newent GL18 1AS
Representations on the plan are invited during the statutory consultation period which will run for six weeks from 19th March 2024 to 30th April 2024

Any representations may include a request to be notified of the Forest of Dean District Council's decision under Regulation 19 to make or refuse to make the neighbourhood development plan.
Representations should be received no later than Tuesday 30th April 2024
