THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT THE SITE OF CHURCH STREET RECREATION GROUND, OSSETT.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering the disposal of an area of open space at Church Street Recreational Ground, Ossett. The area is to comprise of approximately 178 m2.

A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details, may be inspected on the Wakefield Council website at (https://www.wakefield.gov.uk/business/propertyfor-sale-or-rent) and also during opening hours at Wakefield One reception.

Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing by emailing the Corporate Property Officer at (corporatelandlord@wakefield.gov.uk) and quoting reference: (DC/01012). Letters can be sent to Property & Asset Management, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB, to be received no later than Thursday 12/04/2024 and must give full reasons for the objections.
