On 26 February 2024, a petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty's Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that MWR CONTRACTS LTD, 59 Deerdykes View, Cumbernauld, G68 9HN (registered office) (company registration number SC742897) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator.
