COUNCIL TAX 2024/2025
The Bedford Borough Council hereby gives notice that, in accordance with Section 30 and 36 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, on 28 February 2024 it set the following levels of Council Tax for each such category of dwelling in the various parts of the Council’s area for the period commencing on 1 April 2024 and finishing on 31 March 2025.
The Council Tax is subject to a variation in some areas for expenditure declared by the Council by resolution to be special expenses to be chargeable only on part of their area and for variations in parish council requirements. The amounts payable in each valuation band are on the PDF attached below.
