NOTICE TO GULFRAZ AHMED

A petition for sequestration has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Colin Beveridge, Petitioner, calling as a Debtor Gulfraz Ahmed whose last known address was 89 Trench Drive, Glasgow, G53 7QX.
If Gulfraz Ahmed wishes to defend the petition he should appear by WebEX within the Sheriff Court at Glasgow on 14 March 2024 at 10:00am to show cause why sequestration should not be awarded.
He should immediately contact the sheriff clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA from whom the service copy petition may be obtained. If he fails to do so an award of sequestration will be granted against him.
If Gulfraz Ahmed wishes to appear he should lodge electronically with the Sheriff Clerk by email to GlasgowCourtTeam@scotcourts.gov.uk no later than 5pm on Thursday 7 March 2024 a note setting out the name, e-mail address, and telephone number of the person who will conduct the hearing.
