Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land of approximately 0.89 acres. The disposal of open space land will facilitate the development of new homes. The open space land is bounded by allotments to the north, Tootal Grove to the east, the M602 to the south and Stott Lane Football fields to the west.
The site is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays. and also on Salford City Council’s website at the following address: https://www.salford.gov.uk/your-council/public-notices/.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Annie Jackson Development Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS or to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 22 March 2024 Please quote reference L/AF/SCC002/04226
