(Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)

THE CORNWALL COUNCIL in exercise of its powers under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and pursuant to Regulation 25 of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, hereby gives notice that on the date this Notice comes into force, the charges for the issuance of permits in connection with all residents’ parking places within Cornwall are varied as follows:

Type of Permit Current - Charge Payable - New Charge Payable

Residents’ first - £50.00 - £53.00

Residents’ second - £75.00 - £79.50

Business (one vehicle) - £100.00 - £106.00

Business (three vehicle) - £150.00 - £159.00

Charitable Organisation - £10.00 - £10.50

Visitor - £1.00 - £1.10

Visitor - £10.00 - £11.00

First Replacement - £25.00 - £26.50

Subsequent Replacement - £50.00 - £53.00

For the avoidance of doubt, this Notice covers all residents’ parking places within Truro, Newquay, Launceston, St Ives, and the former Caradon district area (Kingsand and Cawsand, and Portwrinkle).

This Notice shall come into force on the 1st day of April 2024.
