Broomey Croft Farm, Bodymoor Heath, Sutton Coldfield
Notice is hereby given that Warwickshire County Council
intends to grant a lease of land known as Broomey Croft Farm,
Bodymoor Heath, Sutton Coldfield. The land will be leased with
or without 62.74 acres of nearby land lying to the north and
west situated within Kingsbury Water Park.
Objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and
addressed to:

Pooley Country Park, Pooley Lane, Polesworth, Warwickshire.
The land will be leased with or without 25.62 acres of nearby land
lying to the east of the Coventry Canal known as Pooley Fields.
