London Road - Notice of Proposed Disposal of Public Open Space Land

The Council seeks
expressions of interest for
the following opportunity:
Local Government Act 1972 (Section
123 2(A)) Notice of Proposed Disposal
of Public Open Space Land at London
Road, Louth, Lincolnshire
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123.2(A)
of the Local Government Act 1972 that East Lindsey
District Council ("the Council") intends to dispose of an
area of public open space being land at London Road,
Louth, Lincolnshire.
The area which is proposed to be disposed of by way of
long lease comprises approximately 42 square metres of
land. It is intended that a disposal of the land is effected by
way of a long lease to a suitable organisation to continue to
operate the land and associated buildings as a pavilion and
recreation ground.
Copies of the plans showing the position of the affected
land may be inspected, free of charge, during normal
office hours from Monday to Friday at the Council Offices,

By virtue of Section 123 2(A) of the Local Government Act
1972, the Council is required to give formal notice of its
intention to dispose of public open space and to consider
any objection to the proposed disposal. Any objections or
representations regarding the proposed disposal should
be emailed to pos@e-lindsey.gov.uk by no later than
12:00pm noon on 15th March 2024.
The grounds for any objection should be stated.
