LAND AT ST DAVID'S BARRACKS,

AMBROSDEN, BICESTER, OXFORDSHIRE, OX25 2JS

Land at the above location has been declared surplus to the Ministry of Defence (MOD) requirements and is to be transferred. The Crichel Down Rules require Government Departments, under certain circumstances, to offer back surplus land to the former owner or their successors in title at current market value. However, in this instance the land is not be offered back because exemptions apply.

MOD therefore wishes to trace anyone who may fall within the definition of former owner or successor in title contained in the Crichel Down Rules to notify them of the decision.

Former Owner(s):

(1) Jack Olding & Company Limited, 12 Berkeley Street, London

(2) Susie Hadland, Wretchwick Farm, Bicester, County of Oxford

(3) Charles Edward Chilton, Langford Park, Bicester, County of Oxford

Parties unknown who can provide title of ownership of the 3 plots of land with the title parcel boundaries on or before 17th March 1944, 3rd May 1946, and May 22nd 1944.

The former owner or their successor(s) in title (other than through purchase) are invited to contact MOD by writing within two months of the date of this notice to:

Successors in title should state and provide evidence of their relationship to the former owner.
