ober 2021. Notice is hereby given that the
creditors of the Debtor, with claims in
excess of £1,000 (including VAT) are
required, on or before, 19 March 2024, to
contact Keith Algie and Mark Wilson, of

Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB, to
request a proof of debt, and if so required
by notice in writing, to provide such
further details or produce such docu -
mentary evidence as may appear to the
Joint Trustee to be necessary. A creditor,
with a claim in excess of £1,000, who has
not proved their debt before the declar -
ation of any dividend is not entitled to
disturb, by reason that he has not partici -
pated in it, the distribution of that dividend
or any other dividend before his debt was
proved. A creditor with a debt which does
not exceed £1,000, (according to the
accounting records or statement of affairs
of the Debtor as noted on the attached
list), will have their debt treated as if it
were proved for the purposes of paying a
dividend UNLESS the creditor advises us
at the address above on or before 19
March 2024 that the amount of the debt is
incorrect or that no debt is owed. Where
a creditor advises that the amount is incor -
rect, they must also then submit a proof of
debt in order to receive a dividend.
