What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE OF VARIATION OF PARKING CHARGES
Nuneaton and Bedworth Parking Places Order 2016 (“the 2016 Order)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council in exercise of its powers under
section 35 (c) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic
Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers intend to vary
the 2016 Order and revise the charges for the car parks specified in this notice.
The variation of parking charges listed in Schedule 1 will come into force on 1st April 2024 and
will cease on 31st March 2025.
From 1st April 2025 the charges as set out in the 2016 Order as made shall apply; these are shown
under the heading ‘Current Fees as per the 2016 Order’ in the attached Schedule 1.
