What is happening?

Notice of Work on Common Land RADNOR FOREST COMMON (Part B) Community of New Radnor County Borough of Powys

Radnor Range Limited has applied to the Welsh Ministers for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Radnor Forest Common (Part B). The proposed work, an indoor ballistic facility will cover 445 square metres and is located within the Harley Valley ammunitions testing site. A copy of the application form and map showing the proposed works can be inspected at 11 Broadaxe Business Park, Presteigne, LD8 2UH between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm weekdays (not public holidays) until the first day of April. A copy of the application may be obtained by writing to Radnor Range Ltd Operations Director, Gary Burton at the address below.

Any objections or representations should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to the Planning Inspectorate Wales at Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, or Wales@pins.gsi.gov.uk. Letters sent to the Planning Inspectorate cannot be treated as confidential. They will be copied to the applicant and possibly to other interested parties.
