Hysbysir drwy hyn, yn unol a Rhan 4, Pennod 1, Adran 68, Deddf y Mor a Mynediad i'r Arfordir 2009, fod Cyfieth Naturiol Cymru wedi cyflwyno cais i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, sy'n gweithredu ar ran yr Awdurdod Trwyddedu, am drwydded forol ar gyfer Prosiect Gwella Polderau Adfer Cynefin Glanfa Fawr Rhymni.

Gallwch weld y dogfennau cais yn rhad ac am ddim, o'n cofrestr gyhoeddus ar-lein, https://publicregister.naturalresources.wales/. Gallwch chwilio am y dogfennau gan ddefnyddio'r cyfeirnod cais CML2401.

Dylid cyflwyno sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau ysgrifenedig parthed y cais hwn i'r TTm Trwyddedu Morol, Gwasanaeth Trwyddedu Caerdydd, Ty Cambria, 29 Heol Casnewydd, Caerdydd CF24 0TP, neu yrru e-bost at marinelicensing@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk. o fewn 28 diwrnod o ddyddiad y rhybudd hwn, gan ddyfynnu cyfeirnod: CML2401.

Yn eich sylw/gwrthwynebiad dylech gynnwys cyfeiriad e-bost neu gyfeiriad post llawn y gellir anfon gohebiaeth iddo.

Byddwch yn ymwybodol y bydd sylwadau a dderbynnir yn cael eu rhannu a'r ymgeisydd a gall y byddant ar gael i'r cyhoedd ar 61 golygu manylion personol, yn unol a'r Rheoliad Cyffredinol ar Ddiogelu Data.

APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE FOR Rhymney Great Wharf Habitat Restoration Polders Enhancement Project

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Natural Resources Wales, has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence for Rhymney Great Wharf Habitat Restoration Polders Enhancement Project.

You can see the application documents free of charge from our online public register; https://publicregister.naturalresources.wales/. You can search for the documents using the application reference number CML2401.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing to: Marine Licensing Team, Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road, Cambria House, Cardiff, CF24 0TP, or e-mail: marinelicensing@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference: CML2401.
