PUBLIC NOTICE 

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) LAND AT NEACHELLS LANE, WOLVERHAMPTON 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Wolverhampton Council intends to dispose of Land at Neachells Lane, Wolverhampton by way of a lease having an area of approximately 6.7 Hectares at Neachells Lane, Wolverhampton which consists or forms part of an open space. The land is intended to be disposed of is for identification purposes shown edged red on plan [Neachells Lane Red OL site]. A copy of the plan is available for inspection during normal office hours at Main Reception of the City of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1SH or viewed online at https://www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/community/disposal- open-space-land/neachells-lane By virtue of S123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of public open space and consider any representations and objections to the proposed disposals received before making a final decision. 

Any representation or objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to David Pattison, Chief Operating Officer & Solicitor to the Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1SH or by emailing Commercial.Property@wolverhampton.gov.uk no later than 14 March 2024.
