THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND)

ACT 2005 SECTION 8(1)

SCREENING DETERMINATION CITY PLAN 2030

PRINCES STREET AND WAVERLEY VALLEY STRATEGY

The City of Edinburgh Council has determined, in consultation with Historic Environment Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and NatureScot, that the above is not likely to have significant environmental effects when considered in relation to the criteria set out under Schedule 2 of the Act. It has therefore been concluded that Strategic Environmental Assessment is not required. The reasons for these conclusions are in the Screening Report which can be viewed at Reception, City Chambers, 253 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1YP or online at https://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/file/34519/ princes-street-and-waverley-valley-strategy.
