What is happening?

Bristol Airport

is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process to find a supplier on provision of a Managed Service Provider for IT Support Services for the Airport. The Supplier shall be responsible for providing a mix of reactive and proactive support services include but not limited to:

- Helpdesk support

- Infrastructure support (remote and onsite)

- Security and network monitoring and response (24/7)

- Penetration testing

- Phishing services

- Cyber assurance services

- Additional project support

Deadline for Expressions of Interest and for submitting a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is Tuesday 13th February 2024 via the Airport's ESourcing portal In-Tend, please contact the Airport's Procurement Department for more information - procurementdept@bristolairport.com
