What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL
(Footpath No. 25, Northam)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council
intends to make the above titled order.
From: Wednesday 7th February 2024 To: Friday 5th
July 2024
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected
path except for access to land or premises on or
adjacent to that length of path.
Public right of way affected: Footpath No. 25, Northam
from Between the Pier House and Seafield House.
The alternative route is via Merley Road between the
Pier House and Seafield House
The closure is necessary due to a dangerous path
caused by coastal erosion. Further information may
be obtained by contacting Public Rights of Way on
0345 155 1004.
