NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF GREEN BELT LAND AT UXBRIDGE GOLF COURSE THE DRIVE UXBRIDGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hillingdon is proposing to apply to the Secretary of State for Levelling up Housing, Communities to dispose of part of the following Green Belt land (“the Land”) by virtue of the provisions of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938: Land known as Uxbridge Golf Course The Drive Uxbridge UB10 8AQ, the land comprises an area of 6.00 hectares (14.84 acres) and the land is being sold for the use as a golf course.
A plan showing the area in question is available for inspection at the reception at the Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge during normal office hours
Any objections, giving reasons, regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Development and Disposal Surveyor, Property & Estates, Civic Centre, High Street Uxbridge UB8 1UW or by email to estatesandvaluation@Hillingdon.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 14th February 2024.
