Pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 (“the Order”), a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF on 2 January 2024 at 10:15 am. The purpose of the meeting, pursuant to Articles 85 to 87 of the Order is to consider the statement of affairs of the Company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s inn, London, WC1R 5EF no later than 12 noon on 1 January 2024. Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the creditors meeting. Hugh Jesseman (IP No. 9480) is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
