NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Liquidator of the below named companies (all in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation), Richard Paul James Goodwin, of Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP, to any party or parties that believe they hold such right, title or interest in the shares of the below named companies to notify me at ButcherWoods,79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP of their interest.
Any interested parties should provide details and documentary or other evidence as is necessary to substantiate their interest.
Any party who has not indicated their interest before the date specified below may not be entitled to potential distributions of the companies’ assets, insofar as there are any.The former registered office of the companies was 1VineTerrace High Street,Harborne,Birmingham,B17 9PU and the current registered office of the companies is 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP.
