Notice is hereby given that on 21st November 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 03078711 and having its registered office at Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, craving the Court inter alia that JEM TRADING SCOTLAND LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC678084 and having its registered office at 16-18 Weir Street, Falkirk, Scotland, FK1 1RA be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by Interlocutor dated 21st November 2023 appointed all persons to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Falkirk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
