SAFETY OF SPORTS GROUNDS ACT 1975 (AS AMENDED BY THE FIRE SAFETY AND SAFETY OF PLACES OF SPORT ACT 1987)
ISSUE OF GENERAL SAFETY CERTIFICATE No. 5
FOR KINGSTON PARK STADIUM, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Regulation 5(5) of the Safety of Sports Grounds Regulations 1987, that on 20 November 2023 Newcastle City Council issued a General Safety Certificate to Newcastle Rugby Ltd in respect of Kingston Park Stadium.
A copy of the Certificate may be viewed by sending an email request to building.control@newcastle.gov.uk
