TO: BRIAN WILLIAM EGGLESTONE, an adult male pensioner with Identity Number 360129 5068 08 6 believed currently to be residing in England, United Kingdom, formerly residing at 70 Hatherley Road, Winchester, England, but whose present whereabouts are to the Plaintiff unknown;

TAKE NOTICE that by summons sued out of this court, you have been called upon to give notice, within 1 (one) month after publication hereof, to the Registrar of this Honourable Court at 35 Keerom Street, Cape Town, Western Cape, Republic of South Africa, and to the Plaintiff's attorneys of your intention to defend (if any) in an action wherein the Plaintiff claims:

a) payment of the amount of R385,960.28, in respect of arrear levies and interest thereon;

b) further interest on the above amount at 2% per month, from 2 May 2023;

c) costs of suit as between attorney and client;

d) further and/or alternative relief.

TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you fail to give such notice, judgment may be granted against you without further reference to you.
