3 Marress Road - Notice Of Request By Irvine Sports Club To Aquire Common Good Land
What is happening?
NOTICE OF REQUEST BY IRVINE SPORTS CLUB TO AQUIRE COMMON GOOD LAND, SITUATED TO THE EAST OF IRVINE SPORTS CLUB, 3 MARRESS ROAD, IRVINE KA12 8PE
The Council has received a request from Irvine Sports Club to acquire in accordance with The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 the area of ground outlined in red on the published plan, which area lies adjacent to Irvine Sports Club’s existing premises at 3 Marress Road, Irvine KA12 8PE.
The area requested is Common Good land. It is currently used as open space ground.
