NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE. The London Borough of Redbridge intends to enter into a long leasehold agreement with Woodland Trust for premises and land at Hainault Forest Country Park, Romford Road, Hainault.
A plan showing the extent of the sites is available upon request from propertyservicesinformation@redbridge.gov.uk or from Narinder Dhesi (020 8708 3267). Any representations about these proposals should be made in writing and addressed to the Head of Property (attention of Narinder Dhesi), Property Services, 5th Floor, London Borough of Redbridge, Lynton House, 255/259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NN or by e-mail to propertyservicesinformation@redbridge.gov.uk. Representations need to be received by no later than 12pm on Thursday 02nd November 2023.
