Notice is hereby given that on 18th August 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 03078711 and having its registered office at Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, craving the Court inter alia that BURNETT ARMS HOTEL LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC725198 and having its registered office at 57 Wellington Street, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB11 5BX, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 18th August 2023 appointed all persons to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
