NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE The London Borough of Redbridge intends, subject to final Cabinet approval, to enter into a long leasehold agreement for the land and pavilion at Oakfield Playing Fields, Forest Road, Barkingside.
Plans showing the extent of the premises are available upon request from propertyservicesinformation@redbridge.gov.uk or from Jack Garrod (020 8708 6684). Any representations about these proposals should be made in writing and addressed to the Head of Property (attention of Jack Garrod), Property Services, 5th Floor, London Borough of Redbridge, Lynton House, 255/259 High Road, llford, Essex IG1 1NN or by e-mail to propertyservicesinformation@redbridge.gov.uk.
These need to be received by no later than 12pm on Thursday 19th October 2023.
